Cancellation & refund policy

• 24 hours or more before your appointment: email appointments@varam.care to cancel or reschedule. You'll get a full refund or a new time at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours before: we'll try to move you to another time. Refunds are at the doctor's discretion.
• Missed appointments: if you don't join within 15 minutes of the start time, the fee is not refundable.
• If we cancel: you'll get a full refund or a new time, whichever you prefer.
• Technical problems on our side: if the consultation can't go ahead, we'll rebook you or refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually arrive in 5–7 working days.

Service delivery

All consultations are delivered online by video over Google Meet. Nothing is shipped.
